You needed 200 copies, so ordering 400 or even 500 might have been viable. But 2,000?<br /><br />$10x2,000 = $20k So you're starting KS fulfillment at least $11k in the red. <br /><br />200 backers wanted physical books, so that's 1,800 copies left to sell.
